the pool is not in service, there isn't a continental breakfast and the parking lot needs attention

after 7 hours in the car, the kids loved being able to explore and walk around before we got some sleep

allowed early check in

beautiful large property with water park and 2 pool areas multiple restaurants and bar area

room service food was really good and fresh

though we didn't have long, we loved how the kids were entertained with just walking around and site seeing in the resort

continental quiche muffin fruit breakfast included plus little happy hour each day at 5 pm

breakfast is great

the staff enabled me to wash our laundry in the hotel personal facilities

breakfast was ok and was served from the kitchen to be eaten in the dining room

charcuterie box on arrival and free breakfast

to find, full kitchen with stovetop, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, microwave

cleanliness,full kitchen and easy entry

unit was spotless and the kitchen was fully equipped

the gym wasn’t ready and i found some flys in the room

in, complimentary laundry facilities, spacious room, comfy bed, pretty clean and the room had a kitchenette

guess the bar is not connected to the hotel but kinda is connected

the downstairs bar is very convenient along with a roof top bar outside

bar noise was not an issue at all for me, but the back gate was right beside my room and every time

nice having the bar on main level

however, on saturday night the bar does get very loud so if you are a light sleeper or have an early drive the next morning plan

it was unique and beautiful. it had wow factor and my kids ( teenagers) loved it. it was quiet.
