of the hurricane there was still no tv or wifi service at the 'resort' and the hot tub was not working

there s a scooter/golf cart rental place within five minutes walking distance, which i recommended since

spa rates were higher than posted and the club level lounge food was too fancy

the spa staff were excellent i think the facilities could be upgraded.

the spa was wonderful. the hotel room was beyond dirty and the

fee 28 usd per night (it was already expensive) could not enjoy the pool since there was 15 kids jumping and

i actually had to call valet after calling the front desk for an hour for a late check out

crumbs in the rug $28 resort fee, only used the wifi

i didn't like how there weren't many wipes and ppe in the gym.

we stayed in charles and the room was not only clean and decorated in a cute way, but the kitchen is fully

show at the van wezel was going to end after kitchen closed

the room was lovely, and it was great to have a kitchen with all the amenities to cook breakfast in the morning

we had almost a fully kitchen, stove, large fridge, large bed, dresser, tv & full bathroom

to change room and she gave another room but similar problems, so i get the bedsheets from laundry and did the

garden, pool and lobby area with a bar on location to have a drink

but with all the bar traffic it can be overlooked
