out onto the lake and it was a superb location in the building; easy access to the front desk/pool/fitness room as well as the front desk - breakfast had a waffle maker and many options for

you couldn't get a cab service to pick you up from there to go to the casino

breakfast was just ok

the continental breakfast was really good. the staff were super friendly and thoughtful.

i do not think the inn should report they have a fitness center

lightbulbs in kitchen ceiling were out making it hard to see

some of the kitchen supplies were not in the room as when i stayed here before.

i loved everything especially the kitchen that was in the room too!

shopping centers and resturants, great free breakfast, coffee well supplied in lobby, nice little kitchen with room and all utensils included

room was much larger than i thought it would be and had a it’s own kitchen!

we literally got screamed at and told we were liars and being told we went into a laundry room but we in fact never did so

morning, there were people congregating in the parking lot

the sheets and pillowcases appeared clean. bed comfortable. karaoke bar has been shut down.

parking lot was not plowed for deep snow.

shuttle did not go to downtown or arena area even though it was only 10 minutes away

staff extremely nice and has a shuttle that is 24 hr and will take you almost anywhere

it place hotel and nice place to stay if u have a family nice pool jacuzzi steam room workout center surrounded by good food places in

the shuttle service was a big plus

there's a laundry facility on st as well as a pool and spa

the pool closes at 12

parking is easy, staff are friendly and accommodating, rooms are clean, and the gym very complete for my needs

really enjoyed the pool and bar area. breakfast was very good but on the expensive side.
