the breakfast room staff—i love seeing them every time—they are so warm and kind

lobby bar with excellent service - we enjoyed drinks and appetizers

the bar was ver cozy and the staff was very accommodating and had a great attitude

room service was very good and breakfast was too

however, there is kitchen to prepare yourself with regard to what one wants to

the place was full and could not hear anything in the room, ran into one person in the common kitchen bathroom area twice in a 2 day stay

everything was fine. a stove in the kitchen would help.

the rooms are grouped into areas, it looks like each area has a bathroom, a fridge, kitchen sink and cupboards, a microwave and a small table and chair (no bathroom in the room)

the shared bathroom and kitchen are well

also the kids liked the pool alot

room service was very fast and the food was good

nothing .. was a lot of kids running around at all hours but the staff did their best to stop it

glad they are pet friendly and the pet fee is very

enough instruction was given to where we go to find the rooms, or how to use the wifi

bed was comfy, staff was friendly, breakfast was good

no breakfast due to covid.

gluten free options at breakfast would be great
