the kitchen floor was very sticky and we used the flash moon provided to

the kitchen knives good and sharp too which is great because usually that is something that's missed

it was quite spacious inside and the kitchen was reasonably equipped although it lacked bin liners for the kitchen bin

we brought our own after reading previous review place could do with been updated new carpets and kitchen also new bed in second bedroom

staff were friendly, the bar downstairs was busy and good atmosphere

enjoyed the bar downstairs...very convenient when staying at the lower turks head.

having to book in at the bar was horrible as it was saturday evening and lots of people drinking, had to wait ages to get

room 4 above the upper bar so a little noisy until closing time

went into the bar waiting for check in and had a few pints with the owner and locals

the bar and all members of staff on reception, concierge and the polish lady in the breakfast room were

very good breakfast , friendly staff. i loved the open kitchen.

we travelled with two young kids

we also love the sterling bar & live music it’s a perfect way to finish the evening

building, great location, staff were very attentive in the bars and restaurant, quick early check in, cosy room although very small for the price paid

wifi code wasn't shared with us, we had to ask for it

very helpful and friendly staff that facilitated an early check in. extremely clean.

on two nights we asked for room service from the main menu

beautiful decor and breakfast was ace

great plus being able to do my laundry and dry it in the room itself

i travelled with my parents, wife and kids and asked for adjacent rooms in advance and it was fulfilled

organic products and no single use plastics are a bonus as are the large rooms, kitchen and laundry facilities and 24 hour reception with a bar and good coffee

the restaurant is very good, breakfast was better than normal

my favorite feature however, was the very large bath that would very comfortably bathe two adults

your in the heart of manchester too not far from public transport and lots of bar and restaurants within walking distance

the rooms lacked visible information on the restaurant or room service, instructions on how to use the ac, the lighting in the room is positioned in weirdly

everything was great apart from gym equipment not working properly

hotel steak restaurant and bar were also great

would have liked a mini bar in room but wouldn’t say this was something to dislike

but as always, the bar service and staff were excellent

breakfast was lovely, so much choice and the bar area is beautiful

comfortable rooms and nice sociable bar area
