the spa was great with a nice pool, jacuzzi, and sauna

not the best atmosphere in bar and restaurant

the car parking is secure, maybe a little small for peak season though

the hotel offered to bring up room service for lunch - but there was no goodwill gesture of free lunch or a discount on our stay

choice of breakfast, healthy options or naughty but nice

the staff was really friendly and helpful. delicious home cooked food and good spa facilities.

free wifi is only really properly available in the lounge of the hotel as it was very, very intermittent

location, the view for breakfast and dinner was stunning and such close proximity to the beach

did have a problem with wifi connection but nothing else.

there is an adequate gym in the hotel and a spa pool with kids allowed in the pool all day

breakfast was excellent, room was clean, shower was wonderful. staff friendly.

the breakfast was delicious and just what we needed after a wedding the following morning

bar area was good and the young girl that checked us in was really lovely and very friendly and

there was no bar open looking at photos you would think there was

really friendly,breakfast was sooooo good,and the whole hotel was so clean,i think its amazing value to stay there

whole main bar on seafront was being refurbished

carpark below the apartments was a bit congested and people were parking in the ev charging bays without using them

pity some rooms are affected by the noise from the kitchen extractors.

very poor wifi...should not be advertised that there is wifi in rooms!!!

also room service should just be put on the rooms if card machines are

wonderful hosts who laid on a complimentary barbecue & pimms for the guests, in celebration of the airshow

adam made sure we were comfortable eating in the bar area as we had our dog with us

nice premises, clean and tidy, actually spotless, nice bar and lounge area, staff are amazing and go above and beyond for you, rooms are lovely, nice

pity the bar closes at 6 but understandable. the hotel next door has a bar so all fine.
