the space near the bar is too dark to read in the evening and quite often too busy

it's like going to an expensive spa and anna-michelle at reception is a big part of the joy.

there was no bar of soap the shampoo and body wash was the same product

absolutely loved our room ( presidential king room with spa bath) with a nice spa and good coffee

pool was not functional, advertising said private beach when the only access was a ladder from the

hotel faces lac lenore and they offer water sports, outdoor pool and hot tub

yet the grounds with the pool and spa and the lake looked nice

staff, location, amenities (kayak, paddle board, hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, fireplace, bbq, windows, etc)

room was not clean and the stairs are not comfortable to go up, the pool was cold also.

i had the best time in there, the view is over the top, the pool, the wifi

is amazing and kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tubs are amazing

there seemed to be ample room around the room outside for kids to play as well

spa facilities (more specifically pool and hot tub areas could use a little sprucing up

the staff at the bar are amazing'! and golf course beautiful!

close to the hills and all restaurants and shopping - parking is right in front of the room.

noise from the construction across from the motel, and the dug in pool did not have any stairs to go in but a ladder therefore my husband was unable to swim in

super lovely apartment, comfy bed, no traffic noise and a continental breakfast left in the fridge for us (banana bread with chocolate chips was divine)

good breakfast, very friendly owner and marvelous natural surroundings only a few miles

convenient living in the village swimming pool water was warm, and had 2 hot tubs

we took our kids out skiing in the morning and head back to our suite for lunch

with all the necessary cooking tools for us to cook all meals for our party of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids)

there is also an ensuite laundry, enough for light loads and 2 detergent pouches were given

big rooms with full kitchen and laundry

this time the kids pool wasn’t working but we did other things
