eating breakfast outside on the veranda on a lovely warm sunny morning was just perfect

great on check-out the next day - asking to make sure we had all had some of their complimentary breakfast
there were kids running and jumping around above my room at 1am
pool and breakfast were great
in the end this didn't matter as there were many kids staying at the hotel so the
hockey kids noise

laundry on-site is also a plus, cost is 2 cad for dryer and same for washing machine
great location near western university. free parking, large shared kitchen (just like home).
