friendly people, amazing rooms with views, loved the private pool!

we understand there was a fire at the laundry recently, that might have impacted that

annoyingly, the wifi went down one day and another day we couldn't use the pool without any warning

the bar staff there were lovely though as were the other staff

breakfast - lots of choice but after waiting for the hot food then having to queue for toast and

amazing bathroom and great kitchen

food quality very poor in 1887 bar and staff were abrupt and dismissive

the gym was so run down, the multi level pools were lovely but full of mould and the paving was covered

in addition, there are also a cafe and pool side bar & grill that are open during the day and a bar open at

pool lights in our private pool did not work so we couldn t us the pool late at night

ladies, receptionists are always looking to make sure your stay is the most enjoyable, the bar staff are friendly

only criticism is the wifi which drops out every few minutes - making facetime calls impossible and particularly

lisa provides great entertainment for the children in the kids club, the reservations team were so friendly

only downside would be the dated gym which is also quite small.
