we didnt use the pool but it had a nice area to enjoy the fresh air
there was a complimentary drinks bar we weren't expecting but the best surprise for us was the best coffee we have had on our entire
the pool is beautiful and the large courtyard was peaceful in the middle of the city
and as a bonus, our first ever complimentary full bar experience
we loved the pool and staff

pool was dirty
right the pool. and great waffles. quiet too.
i didn't find any bed bugs like previous posts,which was good,the pool was ok for the kids,i
advertised kitchenette but not in my room, not even a microwave which is pretty standard now days
blankets were stained with what looked like paint, but no dirty laundry

the laundry and outdoor staff pretty noisy before 9am carts rolling by several times and employees
trash around property ,laundry room machines didn't work.
the laundry room was all coin operated, but they did not have a change machine and
laundry also not functioning, no machines working
the bed was super comfy and the offered us a late check out when we got in late!

to find the entrance and then you could only make a right turn out of the parking lot/enter from the north
the staff was amazing!! having a place to eat breakfast on site was awesome!
the breakfast was amazing. i had to order from the menu, no buffet on sunday
restaurant service (breakfast and dinner) was excellent
the hotel was very nice friendly staff, and the bar inside was awesome.

extremely disappointed with my experience at the hotel's breakfast bar
was charged full price and my kids couldn’t enjoy the fitness center , pool and when asked for change to wash clothes they
i realize they were kids and excited so i didn't bother the desk but my 4 hours of sleep was
the little danish and a granola bar and a tiny water was pitiful

the pool walkway and parking lot was very dark couldn't see kids
restaurants were delicious and the coffee bar exceptional

the views are amazing, the rooms comfortable, the pool is great, and the restaurant on the property is fantastic
we arrived a few hours early and we were offered an early check in which was super convenient
