local places to eat - 20 min drive to restaurant room was very outdated no wifi beds very unsteady and high

breakfast none wifi: slow 3 mbs but allows surfing , and audio, and video on an ipad

rooms are situated along a hallway with doors to the parking area on one side of the hall and doors to the rooms on the other side

parking is right in front of the door to the room, so easy in and out

wifi/internet was in and out

morning we had packed up a wet tent (pouring rain all day) and headed to the inn early in the morning in hopes of them letting us do an early check in not only did they let us

n walk the town from the inn), loved the community kitchen and common lounge area

there wasn't much open on the island, but the market was open and the kitchen had what i needed

kitchenette lacked any cutlery or plates/bowls and glassware

i really love when rooms with kitchen areas actually have basic supplies

stay at friar's and we liked the quiet location right on the water, very clean, and enjoyed the kitchen facilities as we bring our own food

for the kitchen shade it was all or noting to adjust for the sunlight

the kitchen had everything we needed and it was a perfect location.

but the kitchen was nicely appointed and gas stoves work well

i really liked the place .it had a kitchen it was great.

only the kitchen doesn't have an oven
