had ordered a bottle of room from room service for a friend as a congratulations we wanted to be put in the room while we were away

excellent breakfast, easy freeway access, lots of fenced parking, pleasant and helpful staff.

also the breakfast wasn’t the greatest either but these aren’t exactly deal breakers

overall everything was great! gym, pool, room and the cool snack room shop.

the breakfast area was monitored by a wonderful lady who did her best to make everybody happy

loved the remodeled rooms and the fitness center has a treadmill and several other useful machines

were 5 washers and 4 driers in the guest laundry and only 3 washers and 1 dryer were working

room had a nice spa tub in it which was perfect to retreat to after getting massages downstairs

i was not sure how to access the spa services, i didn’t know meals were an option.

resolve this issue and was pretty happy of how they handled the situation, other than that this spa is 10/10

pool was warm enough for me even in january

let the management know that the pool area and gym facility needed some help, but it was father’s day weekend

kids in the gym (roughly age 5/6) and lack of staff assertiveness to kick them out

to many children in pool... unsupervised.... throwing balls and squirt guns....

it included a danish, muffin, yogurt, fruit, granola bar and water

good bar and dinner food
