wifi was non existant to begin with and even after they tampered with the hub it was disappointing

breakfast was included in the 39 and again lots of choice and plenty

most disappointing element of our stay was that no staff turned up to serve breakfast at 8am which was the advised time

parking was readily available in this quiet location

noise from bar across the road .this wasn't a problem last time we stayed.

they also run a restaurant and bar and his partner, an excellent cook, provided us with a good vegetarian meal on those occasions
