the parking guy had to help and wait for me to ck in n bring my stuff to room ( who i tipped well ) (-)parking lot was dark at night (+) everything is run so well from check in to parking (-)not enough parking (*)older hotel, great location for my purposes, very clean, comfortable bed, everyone friendly, good parking, water pressure - so, so, no outlet convenient to chare phone (+) the location was great for exploring red bank was perfect, and the free parking ample (+)the view was absolutely amazing and there was plenty of parking. we also took an amazing nap! (+)love red bank. staff was friendly. parking was good. cozy room. good cable. (+)ample parking and comfortable beds; the cable tv was limited (+)free valet parking and a cosy atmosphere in the hotel. large terrace outside on the waterfront.

historical hotel well maintained. very nice bar and lounge area.

the room was clean. the pool was clean and the complimentary breakfast was delicious

this hotel is right next to the ocean what else ok inner pool and bar was good but the hotel is 3 parts we were at the older wing it was tidy and cosy for 3 days but

would like to see the indoor pool open till 10 or 11 pm for guest that would like to swim without kids in the pool

room service said 30 minutes, but did not show up until 1hour, 10 minutes with breakfast but they

machines in the gym were broken or dirty

spa was great, just staff not so that organized that my daughter got a treatment i did not request,

too many kids in the pool for the resort vibe we were going for

dirty gym, after the complaint i was waiting more than 30 minutes to be cleanedok

to charge that much for pretty much just staying in the hotel and not being able to utilize the spa and other services, i thought was unfair

my kids loved the decor and the vibe

guests are on top of each other and nowhere to escape if want peace and quiet away from kids and families and/or loud guests

we ate well at the restaurant and coffee shop on the ground floor, played pool with our kids, walked by the ocean and rested in the most comfortable bed

we slept so comfortably that we missed breakfast

little more variety would have been nice in the continental breakfast

breakfast needs an improvement perhaps som bread and butter toast. not just dunnuts

the pool was very clean , and enjoyable . the room was clean, building was clean.
