we had a 3 bed room which made it convenient for a family of 5. outdoor pool and laundry area.

my kids bed broke when they sat on it, they claimed to fix it

the wall is so thin, i can hear the tv and kids cry and parents pleading them to sleep next room

our grandsons really enjoyed the pool

it felt safe, and i did not mind having my kids there

no guest laundry

room was next to the pool, and there loud kids and adults right outside

no seating, especially with kids

nephew considers this hotel his very own due to the pool, and how well its set up for kids of his age

the wifi was really fast

the water park is for kids. but my husband and i were the only ones there. had so much fun.

everything else awesome. used the gym area is was nice.

shuttle service was very unpredictable. staff couldn't give exact times.

was great being just outside rapid city, but with a restaurant and bar on site an added extra, i didn't realize this when i booked

and were delighted with the warm welcome from the owners and the convenience of the shipwreck bar and grill, also theirs, next door

people are very friendly. ship wrecks bar and grill is next door and has excellent food.

we got our breakfast to go because we wanted to get going

breakfast was outstanding and we really enjoyed the bar and restaurant

pool was cold, could have used more outside lighting.

on-site laundry which we needed to use, so was very happy it was available

tv didn't work, wifi was not the best, there was dogs in the pool

they do have a bar and a place to sit and enjoy a cocktail while you wait

there is a playground and pool for the kids, but their favorite thing was to climb the hill behind the lodge

the property, the bar and restaurant were fantastic quality and a short walk from our room

pool was great; rooms were clean, cool and private. the restaurant is amazing.

the breakfast area was super clean and there was a great variety, the staff keeps filling the coffee

the spa tub in the suite did not circulate and we didnt like that the gym window looked straight into

carpet, bathroom base boards, laundry room

the dinimg rom but its not the hotel problem people are very messe like 1yrs old kids

pool chlorine was very strong for me but the kids had a blast

pool closed at 9 pm.

balcony, well furnished, very nice pool, excellent location for mount rushmore and crazy horse memorial do not miss custer state park

laundry available was right across from our room so we were able to do a week's worth of laundry

always nice to start the day with breakfast and this one has a little something for everyone

ideally located. comfortable. great game room. laundry facilities. clean.

kids yelling and running up and down the halls early hours

the activities! our kids ages four and 12 loved this place! we had so much fun

activities for families to do: volleyball, giant chess, basketball, swimming, gaga ball, mini golf, etc

staff was great, late check out.

the staff was beyond super and the breakfast was wonderful

asked if we’re were comfortable near ice machines, but our room was by laundry

breakfast and convenient for doing everything in the black hills

taking into consideration the grab-&-go breakfast,coffee,ice water & juice, in room &better sleep, it was well worth the money compared to

toilet was running water-handle broken. laundry was broken.

my room had a loft with an additional queen bed, which i thought kids would love

the room set up w the loft worked perfect for our 2 kids to sleep in their own beds in the loft

scrambled eggs at breakfast weren't so great - quite watery

when a truck towing a bike ,along with two other bikes, decided to park in handicap parking, not even handicap

staff very helpful and friendly great breakfast

very nice staff, price was right, and breakfast was great!

the biscuits and gravy for breakfast were very good
