the room was comfortable and spotless and the mini bar even though we didn't use it is a nice touch

called me a liar for saying i booked early check in especially when i even showed them proof

staff were friendly and very helpful allowing us to get an early check in to attend a local event

so close to anfield, ideal for young kids.

we were given a room upgrade and an early check in for us and our friends which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated

is fantastic, the decor is nice inside and out, even the bar is relatively cheap compared to much more inferior

noise from the lift was annoying in room 211.tv and wifi was unstable

were made with room service such as wrong juice, and on one occasion tray was brought an hour early

nothing major but maybe a bit more info on how to operate lights tv and obtaining wifi etc

instead of radiators as it was so cold , radiators did get really hot no cover and 1 of the kids burnt her hand so becareful

the rooms were beautiful and the spa bath was great. the staff were super friendly and helpful.

and very nice even let me check in early as i'd arrived at least two hours before my checkin breakfast self-serve but very nice
