you were doing laundry and went out, the property staff (and the manager mainly) will blame you to leave

advertised); (4) no cleaning service provided; (5) too little towels for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids); (6) a fire alarm that falsely ran for a duration; (7) a very-very loud air conditioning unit

i would have liked room service, and more friendly and thoughtful staff.
