the reception was located in a bar downstairs and the staff we not there after we checked in to inform of our safety concerns

the bar was cheap unlike the the room and the location is good. close to the beach..

but was clean tv was aworking without any problem and i did not have any problem as well with wifi all the staff was very helfull and the bar is cheap and serving good food not so close to the

staff we very accommodating, rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely

rooms are confortable, the pool is big and hás a wide area around with grass, tables and chairs where you can read or take a

use deodorant to make the room habitable and our daughter refused to come into our room); noisy pool disco on both

the room, bathroom and small terrace with spa bath was great as well

rooftop bar and restaurant has to be experienced as it is so romantic and special

the swimming pool was immaculate and very relaxing

if there is a flamenco night at the rooftop bar and you don’t want to join, you will hear it in your room anyways

no parking, employee at the rooftop bar was not really friendly

liked the hotel bar to be open during the afternoon especially when spending a hot day by the pool

friendly atmosphere, fantastic breakfast, beautiful pool areas and gardens, within walking distance to the

spa facilities were good although i expected it to be slightly bigger

it is quite a large hotel, there was never a problem getting a seat in the restaurant or bar area

clean, modern and spacious hotel located beside the amazing la barrossa beach and great golf courses

it was advertised as having a mini bar but there was only an empty fridge

such a huge hotel doesn t have a kids club

we were very happy with superb, quiet room with direct access to a pool just for few rooms

i liked everything. the spa was smaller than expected but the saunas and bubbel pool were good.

didn't like live music every day from 21:30 to 23:30 as i was with my 2 little kids so they were struggling to sleep

too hot in the gym and stinks with chloride from the spa

on the lovely beach staff were very accommodating large spacious rooms and pool area gave us a late check out which always allowing us to spend an extra afternoon at the
