pretty much everything met or exceeded our expectations. the spa facilities were very good.

there was a lot of noise from the casino which i could hear from my room in the annex

it also stated that there was a mini bar in the superior room but there wasn't and there was supposed to be a tray of luxury toiletries

the reception, bar and comfortable lounges, area (with fire) were great as was the 'beach' walk to the restaurants

hotel room with very comfortable bed, and the whole hotel and spa were immaculate

spa area the pools were not as warm as they should be

we loved the pool, bubbles and resistance walkway, and the relaxing seating areas

only little downside is the wifi, which was not strong, but who cares?

the cabins were spotlessly clean, staff very friendly, beds comfortable, breakfast delicious and fresh and the whole atmosphere just very relaxing

having breakfast delivered to the door in the morning and enjoying it outside the cabin was lovely
