bar was very convenient and the location was great

entire staff from the front desk to restaurant & bar were extremely professional and friendly

well appointed rooms, welcoming and accommodating reception staff and a great bar lady , alisa.

the bar was closed because there was no bartender

laundry on site, breakfast options and helpful/friendly staff

free shuttle to the ballantyne where i was attending be a wedding

liked the property and the young lady at the bar who had chase step aside so the she could accommodate my reservation from a month in advance

i like the balcony, the gym right by the pool, location and the noise proof walls.

rooms have no microwave, gym size “too small” no hot tub in pool area, and no free

i like to sit under the cabana at the pool for an hour,,, you charge way to much for it...

wish the pool was heated but the spa was great :)

lovely pool with great seating and lounging chairs set out all over the property

very clean, tastefully decorated. excellent room service with a delicious breakfast.

the only thing i would say is they need to offer breakfast or have microwaves in the rooms.

front desk staff was very polite pointed us to so great restaurants for drinks, concierge breakfast was awesome one of the staff actually showed my husband & i & friends around the property

also had no information on room service or how to reach the front desk by phone

was nice looking great gym comfortable rooms added security by needing a card to even use the

i didn't get a chance to use the pool area.

pool was kind of small.

the pool which we didn t get to enjoy or indulge into , which sucks but

went to get my hot breakfast at 9:10 on the first morning and all that was left at that time

parking, free breakfast, gym and pool area, laundry on site

no closet, mini ironing board, kitchen was very small, only room for one person at a time.

pool wasn't open and also i didn't like that there wasn't any breakfast just bags breakfast and the covid had lift in north carolina we should get real breakfast

the pillows and bed was awesome. the indoor facility is for find and the pool was warm.

vesta the shuttle driver greeted us with big smile at 10:30 pm!

kids swam in outdoor pool for a bit, was clean and a nice way to tire them out

thing i didn’t like was the wait at breakfast and wish the bar was open more throughout the

proximity to my work, convenience to restaurant and pool area to room. staff were very friendly.
