a super comfortable and thoughtfully laid out room and a lovely bar and restaurant

coffee machine in the room was a tassimo.....perfect. the bar was cosy and very comfortable

unable to gain access so had to return to bar to get any assistance - turns out its 4 newly erected shepherds huts overlooking the car park -

the poor barmaid came and rubbed the floor with a flat mop with a cleaning bottle attached to it which was

access on and off the bus was easy,the bar maid on arrival was very kind and helpful

no gym and spa was good but smaller than expected.

room service was terrible. 68 for cold burger, chips and pizza. don't bother.

we were being really lazy the first night so ordered room service, found this to be expensive - spa treatments felt overpriced - some of the staff

spa and pool facilities were exceptional

no face cloths, no body lotion, no laundry bag

parking was a massive bonus

loved the great location, terrific hospitality, gorgeous and cozy accommodations, wonderful hot breakfast menu options, local dining recommendations, and welcoming staff

we enjoyed the tennis court and gym, as well as the ideal location to drive out and down to st ives and falmouth
