breakfast was hard boiled eggs, a choice of cereal

excellent, but there were 2 negative qualities: the construction on the site was really poor and breakfast could have has bagels with cream cheese and/or eggs (no meat)

breakfast choices, the heater functioned well and kept the room warm without making much noise

we needed laundry facilities and a washer and dryer were available at the property
