closing of pool area

lots of amenities. the kitchen and bathrooms had lots of towels and supplies. very nice!

nice rooms (full kitchen, laundry ann 2 suites), great pool and kind staff

clean and updated. we had every thing we needed. kitchen was well equipped.

the only thing i was upset about were the ants in the trash can under the kitchen sink.

we ve been to this location several times. we love the bay area and golf complex.

2 hours after the check in time, was sent to wait in another line at the concierge desk to get a parking pass

wifi reception was horrible

everything was very nice. the room was very spacious, and i loved the little kitchenette.

hard time getting clean towels not the easiest access to parking lot

smoking is allowed at the pool.

however it would be perfect if upgraded pool and/or added indoor pool & jacuzzi

the absence of a microwave to accompany the fridge in the room and the lack of a complimentary breakfast offering

i booked for a bay view and didn t get a view of the bay, it was a view of the parking lot

only suggestion is that the fans on the roof top bar are essential this time of year and 3 of 4 were

no bar available for drinks by the pool

the pool area was great , the kids loved it! and clean!!!!

electric outlets didnt work. only 3 outlets worked. in kitchen and 1 in living room area.

we got a room with a kitchen , i would recommend bringing your own pans , dishes and silverware as there is

only thing i did not like was that the hotel shared a parking lot with sharky s restaurant which made parking

wifi couldn't get wifi for winding down at the end of day and watching tv even to watch news in

room keys didn't work, wifi didn't work, common areas very dirty.

i traveled with my dog, i knew about the $75 pet fee and then the $25 deposit but the reception just handed me

go for 2 doubles if you have 4 people including kids
