rooms were great and kids loved the pool and hottub everything was great thank you

currently not serving breakfast because it covid

was great just can't wait until they start serving breakfast again

still wished we had the breakfast but covid maybe should think about prepackaged cereals and muffins cartons of milk and

spa doesn't work, buttons for elevator are busted or missing

the pool is very relaxing

have not at breakfast at ponderosa only because we hook up with our family and eat with them

tv news was playing loudly at breakfast so i ate outside sitting on a rock

the rooftop bar is very nice

the light in the bathroom was blinding, my room was never attended by the maid, no soda machine, pool was under repair

breakfast snacks to start the day and the small aquarium

breakfast serve which is understandable because of pandemic effects

online pool was open then 2 days before we checked in they said they just closed the pool

also no pool
