more concerning was that my brunello cucinelli trousers were damaged by the hotel s laundry service and

twice, i was handed stained towels at the pool, which felt emblematic of the entire operation: sloppy, careless

when i asked about them i was told it is to pay for the maids, the staff fees, wifi, etc

clean, comfortable, brand new, beautiful pools, my kids love the pools.

at 18:30 we were told that the host of the sky bar would be at the lobby at 18:00

the waterpark was a great way to spend the day with the kids

had a fantastic 1 bedroom suite with kitchen and view of the ocean

the gym, the overall f&b, pools, proximity to the seas

the last couple years families are allowed and kids can get very loud making it not the best environment for

no room service, spa or breakfast

there is a pool but no sunbeds so i guess it s only for decoration

chose a studio (bushes obscured view of parking lot), but should have chosen 1 br with water view

the self service bar has a very relaxing atmosphere and the beach across the street is great for a few quick

room service dining is a bit hit and miss, did not enjoy the breakfast however the restaurant food is good

didn't like that we had no wifi. the food at the restaurant was horrible.

it's extremely clean, in a convenient location, offers complimentary breakfast and very strong wifi

restaurant: we ate at the hotel restaurant and kitchen can only cook for one person at a time
