an incident with another group of guests in the spa room

got charged for room service when i ask not for it my kid ordered it and i told him not to give them room service i

the breakfast was fantastic and the view of the lake

staff members are great, lake view beautiful, pool hot tub sauna are great extra

jacuzzi and pool was a good features, although the sauna is out of order at the moment

reservation were all messed up i was charged extra upon arrival for 1 of my kids cause they booked me in a 1 queen bed room(even though my reservation said 4 people) the

poor presentation and information on resort therapeutic features, dirty hot tub, this is no spa resort (natural or not), poor breakfast selection, careless staff, poor value for the money
