no pool in hotel but you do have leisure centre access

smallest of faults but we booked the bistro but were told we could only sit in the bar as they did not have enough residents to fill the bistro, but the bistro was open and there was

food in the restaurant bar was absolutely beautiful and staff were so friendly and helpful we will definitely stay again

spa bath was grand, big and comfortable and so we're all of the furnishings

the spa was absolutely lovely and the treatments were top class

spa was amazing snd food was delicious

but if pushed to comment, i'd say the sign for the entrance was not as obvious and the car parking was sporadic and i wasn't sure where to park

the family room is huge and the kids had more than enough room to run about and play

pool was really cold did not enjoy that the pool area very small and always full with kids doing swimming lessons not for

we loved the pool and the spa and we also spent the afternoon at the dino park, that we all enjoyed so much

stayed a few times here and it s a lovely , clean friendly hotel with great gym and spa area

amazing facilities for family/young kids - pool, soft play area, games room, dino park and bounce house kept our 4 year old entertained
