it was a little chilly when we arrived an indoor pool would have been greatly appreciated

winter not a lot was open, expected but was hoping at least the heated pool bar would be open

room pools slides kids area the watermelon margaritas the margaritas the i mention the margaritas

it was already sunny ** no lifeguards in the kiddie pool; definitely a safety issue ** no daily room service

the gym equipment could have been better.

the pool was only open 1 day and closed the other day

gave me a huge hassle about a parking sticker because we drove 3 vehicles

basic kitchen items make cooking there easy

the room was like a small apartment, complete with a kitchen and living room and a glorious jacuzzi tub

our unit had issues, was a very loud location as you could hear everything outside our unit, parking wasn t

parking spaces are very tight for suvs and trucks

the place has a kitchen and supplies

non smoking room was next to a smoking room, the smell from next door came through the middle door, and

charged pet fee for service dog

the second room they moved us to somebody had been smoking in there

not enough parking.

there was people working on vehicles in the parking spots in front of my room, i had to park in back walk around

pool area could use some renovating and bushes were dieing.

and helpful and you know there are so many things that were accessible like the beautiful pool the spa i mean

restaurant and bar area were very disappointing

room service because of covid

totally messed up our room service for breakfast

resort it's awesome for the family alot of kids activities

vacation resort with water park incl slides

previous visits, there have been more activities for kids by the poolside

clean property, very pretty view of the golf course with the pond

room service food was excellent

breakfast could be improved.

the dryer in the guest laundry did not work

feel that breakfast could have been more than just toast and cereal

no breakfast or coffee. brought my own coffee pot

breakfast was very minimal, but much appreciated
