kids loved the pool

breakfast was very good and warm

breakfast was limited but good. could have used a little more day that offered bacon.

i liked the kitchen area, bigger than average

kids had to sleep with jackets on

they brought my kids milk and cookies the first night

terrace door had a broken lock/key (we have younger kids)

the painting across from the elevators, when going to the pool/gym, has been slashed - when checking in, we weren’t directed to the proper elevators and ended

the pool area is very uninviting. tv remote was confusing.

across the street from the garage food hall which is super fun when you have kids

ordered food from room service and it was good but not what i expected for the price paid

the room service food options were meat heavy and didn t consider dietary restrictions.

that was kind of inconvenient for us in particular because the room is already very expensive and room service obviously isn t free

building is still in process, and there is no real bar or restaurant yet

we stayed in the garden room, which has a full kitchen (although we didn’t use it)

i was welcomed in the morning to a breakfast basket at the door

lovely historic house with delicious breakfast and welcoming staff

the room i stayed in had a fully functioning kitchen with new cookware

and with covid i understand about kitchen access

location and parking with a resturant and bar.

they do have a bar so its understandable but i dont think next time we would bring our two younger kiddos

than the difficulty maneuvering the parking lot in a semi-tractor/trailer and the continued renovations, everything else was good

i would have liked a room service menu in the room for the first night instead of having to go down to the hotel bar for

the shuttle drivers were excellent as well as the cafe and restaurant staff

it was on the first floor and looked right out into the yard / parking lot

there is a pleasant outdoor area, sweet private deck with the room, and plenty of easy parking

loved the little extras that were available like snacks and bar items if you wanted

the little bar inside the hotel was so cool.
