the pool was clean and the perfect temperature

the parking garage was across the street so we had to haul bags and kids thru the garage then thru the mall across the street and finally thru the hotel

gym was decent

was horrible, toilet was hideous, beds were uncomfortable, gym floor was covered in water, pool area was under construction, wi-fi signal was weak

they brought my kids milk and cookies the first night

pool was small and too many kids swimming late

), the fitness center, the pool, and the breakfast

kids loved the pool

the pool was wonderful.

my kids enjoyed the nice pool, breakfast was very delicious, everyone was so helpful and the room was definitely super nice

across the street from the garage food hall which is super fun when you have kids

ordered food from room service and it was good but not what i expected for the price paid

the room service food options were meat heavy and didn t consider dietary restrictions.

that was kind of inconvenient for us in particular because the room is already very expensive and room service obviously isn t free

building is still in process, and there is no real bar or restaurant yet

we stayed in the garden room, which has a full kitchen (although we didn’t use it)

i was welcomed in the morning to a breakfast basket at the door

lovely historic house with delicious breakfast and welcoming staff

the room i stayed in had a fully functioning kitchen with new cookware

and with covid i understand about kitchen access

location and parking with a resturant and bar.

they do have a bar so its understandable but i dont think next time we would bring our two younger kiddos

than the difficulty maneuvering the parking lot in a semi-tractor/trailer and the continued renovations, everything else was good

i would have liked a room service menu in the room for the first night instead of having to go down to the hotel bar for

the shuttle drivers were excellent as well as the cafe and restaurant staff
