pool, peaceful atmosphere, nice staff

setting and challenging golf course

is a golf resort during the summer and a ski resort in the winter

the location was. i've being at the ski / golf resort.

golf course was fun

check-in and shared pool/spa facilities were a bit of a let down

the spa was booked and due to covid the hot tub and sauna were closed

were pleasantly surprised by the amenities in the room as the photos when booking showed a kitchenette but we had full kitchen, fridge, stove ect

very clean, with a convenient mini kitchenette with microwave, fridge and utensiles

the outdoor pool was a lot of fun and appreciated the very attentive life guards

pool, sauna, and hot tub were amazing

beside the pool and hot tub this hotel also has a sauna and a shower in the pool area, which is hard to find

shower head was hard to adjust. no grab bar near tub to aid in getting in/out of shower.

breakfast was excellent, our server, teresa, was so nice and very attentive and prompt

area was quite thanks to the golf.

cleaniness of rooms, location of the room, morning breakfast. positive experience.

there is no pool onsite which is a downside for some, but for us it wasn’t a big deal

the spa bath was only big enough for one, but was nice anyway!

didnt like that there werent more services like spa services or tours directly a part of the hotel

loved the breakfast box choices and the fresh cookies made every night

we did not use the pool, because the beach is part of the amenities so we used the beach

the room was amazing, with 2 complete bathrooms and a huge living/sleeping area, full kitchen, and small pantry area

the kitchen needed the knives sharpened,

pool, beach & jet ski rental parasailing close

a complaint, but we wish there were more breakfast options

loved that i was able to order my breakfast and choose when i wanted it delivered to my room

the pool and games room was a big hit with the kids

loved the pool, gym and arcade. also that there was a pizza delivery service.

nice room, indoor pool was a plus. balcony was great, nice view of the snow coming in.

didn’t like having boxed breakfasts

the on-site restaurant has a great bartender and the room service food was delicious

lots of free parking right on the water, can t really go wrong at a place as nice as this

clean rooms, good food in restaurant. enjoyed the room service for good and drinks.

that info should be provide like having a gym, breakfast, type of bed, etc

dirty laundry carts lined up in the hallway outside our room all day and evening.

personally i thought the bisquick breakfast sandwich was real dry.

the breakfast could be better

i really liked that it has the peloton on the gym and would recommend that it is noted on the booking site that the hotel has peloton bike

you do need a much better breakfast selection.

loved the view and location. the heated outdoor pool is wonderful.

i loved the location and the spa tub was so amazing!

the sink in kitchen area:handles just spin around until you find a spot where the water stops

bed is very comfortable and i love you can be in the spa tube and still see the lake

parking lot is small

great location, easy parking and close to everything if you have a car

parking was tight.

rooftop bar was also very nice

parking is limited, but we never had an issue getting a spot

breakfast was nice, even had gluten free avail which is rare, and much appreciated

in the bathrooms that actually work, shuttle bus to downtown and back, great variety of hot breakfast, balcony overlooking the lake with a beachfront, excellent, friendly staff, easy parking,

this time we brought our kids (11, 13, &16) and, due to issues with booking

is so wonderful to be able to relax no matter what time it is especially after a big win at the casino right down the street

was great, staff in the kitchen very niceud83dude42 the receptionist at the front was excellent and very helpful with

the breakfast is more than sufficient and the rooms are clean and comfortable

very close to downtown. pool and hot tub. breakfast. staff.
