they were so obliging - from early check in, to assisting with storing medication needing refrigerating, to ordering a taxi,

not use housekeeping for a couple of days and reuse towels, you get a voucher for a drink at the bar

the bed was comfortable and the staff happily accommodated our request for a late check out
