check in was in a noisy (and, weird for 2025, smokey) bar area
we were given a warm welcome by the bar staff and there was everything in the room that we would have wanted
allowed early check in which was really useful
location for what i needed, free tea coffee and water, good wifi, friendly bar staff who showed me to my room, heating was on and adjusted by radiator, plenty of pillows
to the pub friendly staff very helpful easy check in and easier checkout was able to arrange late check out 5

there was no meals or bar provided in the evening but they did provide breakfast which was stone cold
also no bar no pool as website states and we even couldn't wash beds felt itchy and dirty bases in fact i
staff so helpful gave us a late check out actually had a really good time
bar on site although it didn't stock wine

ac in room rattling loud when setting changed but on the factory setting by the staff during room service problem swiftly eradicate

tv didn't get a signal so had to use my pc and wifi
no wifi and didnt see any staff
i couldn t access the wifi as i wasn t given a password despite asking
