the spa like jacuzzi in the bathroom was broken

no spa like advertised

outside laundry was a little concerning i had to stay w clothes the whole time

breakfast was somewhat limited but they did provide a hot sandwich, fruit, yogurt and cereal the pool/hot tub was open 24

beautiful pool area, variety of activities, various places to sit inside and outside of the hotel

the spa is an excellent refuge for adults with an adjacent gym, steam bath and sauna, and a salt plunge pool and serenity pool

activities were great, the hotel had a small animal collection such as snakes and lizards for the kids to see, it was awesome

water in pool was not the cleanest.

room was on the golf course, so people driving by or walking by at all times of the day

wifi was not working and staff did not make an effort to provide alternatives.

the gym and golf course were quite nice.

wifi should be free. even cheaper hotels give you free wifi. no mini fridge.

beds were quite comfortable, parking was super easy

i love this property & my kids really enjoyed the waterslide

while the parking was a little far from my room i was offered a shuttle ride from the valet

beautiful desert resort property, nice large comfortable rooms, ample parking

the golf course is non functional

casitas were a bit far for walking with the extreme heat, but the golf carts seemed to be available

the mexico vibe and that there was a bar and dining available.

great breakfast and again enjoyed eating outside on covered patio area by on-site restaurant

grounds here are nice with ability to walk an abandoned golf course out the back (keep in mind everything else was closed due to covid-19)

it was beautifully appointed and the kitchen was fully equipped

a good bathroom and kitchen but the bedroom, sitting room and dining room are just superb

we were upgraded to the 4th avenue house from the persian room; it included a full modern kitchen, luxurious dining room and spacious, well-furnished living room

we were there 4 nights so the kitchen use was great, too

breakfast was great. very comfortable rooms, clean, nice view

we have 2 kids with us and it stunk but after the long drive we're just tired

couldn't use the pool. so many kids all day and night. the tv kept resetting every 10 minutes.
