the pool was clean and well maintained

pool was a bit cold but still enjoyable

that pool was locked due to community vandals. had to go get key and lock and return to office.

we did not use the pool during our stay

we were allowed a late check-out and a swimming pool reservation due to a late flight

view , staff were friendly and helpful, spa was great , kids club was great , heated pool was great but could of been warmer , we enjoyed

used the gym in the morning and its spacious and well equipped

food was outstanding , both pools were awesome, spa on property, great fitness area, tennis & golf available onsite

wasn't aware that my kids couldn't swim in the infinity pool until we checked in

air conditioning, bench seating and a table on the front porch outside of the room, on-site laundry mat with updated commercial washer and dryer

interesting food, good bar and lobby, nice use of indoor & outdoor spaces

clean , modern. bar was nice.

bunk bed is the best with kids

i asked multiple times for a broom or the room to be swept because i have kids it got dirty, never happened

really enjoyed the on-site bar and café

you have to drive to get to indoor pool

bedding, great food options for kids, staff were friendly and courteous, and an overall great stay

not much to do at night time colorado springs and it was so night to relax at pool and multiple fire pits

is the only place i look forward to hitting the gym before the day

i also wasn’t told there was a $25 pet fee

rooms were very comfortable the staff was very friendly the breakfast was great and this day was very pleasant i would deathly recommend going to that hotel

and then i had to argue about the pet fee because i have a certified esa animal
