rooms were clean, pool was awesome and the staff was impeccable

into the hotel bar on a tuesday night to hear the live music going on

the restaurant next door was highly enjoyable for dinner and breakfast the next day

all staff were really helpful throughout the stay and the breakfast was really nice as well

we booked a 2 bedroom unit with a full kitchen and truly enjoyed it

we also thought breakfast would be free but then found out it was only free for the continental part which was full

the touches everywhere with thought … water stations outside, hiking sticks, towels by the pool, blankets near fireplaces, complimentary drinks in the fridge, a very comfortable bed,

not sure if we missed this in the listing, but the all inclusive meal package only covers breakfast and dinner

would have been nice if the breakfast was offered a little longer - but it was great

meals were included (breakfast and dinner) and that is nice when you don't want the hassle of getting out for dinner

pool area was very pretty and inviting

there were not enough chairs at the pool to accommodate people who wanted to lay out by it

lobby staff was rude which is uncommon for bunkhouse overpriced for what you got, though the pool would be

pool transats are all sloping downstairs which is very uncomfortable

i come here for the pool bar and pool. it has a nice vibe.

the shuttle they have to take you within three miles of the hotel is wonderful too

there was an ice bucket but no ice machine so you had to call room service anytime you wanted ice

but apparently they have shuttle that can take you places within 3 miles

the shuttle was incredibly helpful during our stay
