we were placed vertually beside lift and our room was quiet and very spacious enabling my getting around and using the walk in shower

bar on ground floor and very loud music carrying to sleeping rooms but when in rome enjoy music

relaxed venue with a late check out at the weekend

bar is noisy, just a warning however i found it bearable and didn't hinder my sleep at

great food in the bar brilliant sociable staff including tom in reception and jack in the late

the only fault was i couldn t get the room service to work on the tablet, otherwise it was all

fota wildlife park was excellent and the golf course looked super although we didn't play

food was delicious and the spa was so relaxing - highly recommend this

kids were treated so well, made feel so welcome

the concierge was particularly nice and friendly with the kids, but otherwise the staff were overly professional and not particularly warm or friendly

wanted to get few snacks for when we were watching the match by the bar, just a small nibble

wifi was out during our whole stay, it took 1

wifi in bedroom was poor. not strong enough for video calls

wifi was a bit slow and flaky. the coffee maker leaked water so was reluctant to use it.

very clean, room quite big, nice gym, easy and free parking. nice staff. would stay again!

staff at bar very unexperienced when asked about drinks. otherwise staff was excellent
