heated pool & jacuzzi are always clean and each room having its own balcony is a definite perk
the hotel is also equipped with a money operated laundry which we found to be very convenient since we were staying in the usa for a total of 4
hot breakfast and excellent firm bed..slept like a baby
upon entering the main lobby, continental breakfast and coffee are served just to the right of you
the double room was more like a little suite, with a lounge area, work desk, mini-kitchen and balcony

while the garden inn and suites looked fine, and the pool and surrounding landscaping looked great, the formosa inn is borderline unacceptable

love the entire hotel very beautiful . we got the king room with the spa tub love it.
of the poola area, the cleaning of the pool area could be better, i mean the tables and seats

quality of mattress is very poor, laundry room is very dirty
no pool, or fitness room or laundry
no swimming pool or access to a laundry area
the hotel room and the entire hotel was horrible we rented there specifically because they had laundry and the accommodations that we needed we have tons of laundry that we needed to get done
desk let me park my trailer rig in front where i could pull through

walls of room were thin and could here kids banging on the walls
the shuttle service to the airport was easy
the only thing i would say was it stated it had a heated pool and the pool was not heated.
the space, the hygiene products, the pool was inviting.
