-wifi some times not working always smoothly

we had a poor experience with the room service but this was remedied by the staff.

great service, not overcrowded and a good size room with the kids.

there is plenty of free parking here - we have never had a problem finding a place

old house and grounds lovely little bar and outside area with countryside views large clean and comfortable, period style bedroom

the cotton milk spa was worth every penny

took 2 hours to get room service and we have a two year old toddler & they didn’t even have a kids menu

find in evening event was dry, tasteless and cold. parking too far away

i think in terms of kids food there needs to be some more options

we had been reminded on checkin that breakfast was included in our room rate as we had forgotten and ended up buying coffee and pastry
