the location and the pool

the pool, peaceful place.

thank you guys, they even did our laundry, thank you guys

room was comfortable & room service was available on request without extra cost

the gazebo next to the pool added an extra enjoyable

s a shame that it wasn t very busy so not all facilities open but it did mean we had the pool to just one

i wish the pool remained open later than 6pm

despite advertising as a spa resort there was no spa in operation (not sure why)

the bathrooms could use a bit of upgrading, the breakfast needs more options.

location, beach, hotel grounds, breakfast, staff was exceptional

new kitchen should be considered

the parking was also excellent

location, close to airport and shops, yet with excellent easy beach access, fine restaurant, and laundry facility

limited parking facilities for guests

pool is always clean with well kept surroundings

property ) and the pool boy looks after the water :) + big tv screen with prime and netflix ( wifi is good most

didn't like that the wifi was not working properly i had to buy data for my phone

the pool was cleaned daily whether or not persons used it

the pool for adults and also being accommodated for the littlest child d swing

this facility was impeccably clean. the salt water pool was ideal.

wifi is slow

loved all the pools and the beach

owners who care about the individual interests of their guests, great views, infinite swimming pool recently

there was no proper parking

the bottom of the pool was a little rough on the feet

the wifi is a bit on the slow side once you get to the rooms.

showers and toilets for pool not cleaned

pool is a good size and one side is shallow enough for children

the parking lot is largely unlit so if you're coming in at night its a risk

laundry done which was outrageously expensive

nice gym

room service had to be chased for towels

breakfast excellent including bird life

was no washroom in the gym; there was a sewage smell on the ground floor entering the building from the

one thing that is not in good condition at all is the gym - if this is important to someone i would recommend

the pool was attractive and

the pool area, there were no umbrellas over the lounging chairs

breakfast was good; after the 5th day the monotony of the menu set in

no shade by pool area, no tv in rooms.

pool and bar can be upgraded

cellular service in the rooms was really poor most of the time my phone had no service and the wifi was not much

parking was secure and convenient and the overall area being close to the port was and other stops

there were teenagers and one child under 12 in our group so quite naturally they wanted to pet

wifi was a major issue had to leave my room and go by the front desk sitting area to get good wifi

there was free parking for the car we rented as well

breakfast was awesome, great pool, beach facilities, great sea view from room, great room service, cleanliness

my kids would cry with hunger pain because of the limited options and the late opening of the grill

the pool and swim up bar was so cool

wifi was barely there

but you don't get access to your room until after 5, which i didn't like, especially when u have kids with u
