the facilities for the kids were not always open

also they only serve fruit and pupusas during breakfast which i thought they would provide throughout the day

the breakfast/lunch buffets have a variety of options to cater to everyone’s needs and is decent

it doesnt have an elevator and not alot stuff for kids

wifi worked well near the kitchen, but managers were constantly smoking there

are lovely, my room was great (nice balcony with superb view of the garden and the sea) and the pool and garden were beautiful (lots of palm trees (-)the pool is quite small but it s not a big deal (+)ocean front with a pool. remote and quiet. (+)pool was nice, the beach and sunset were beautiful but the waves were too strong to get in the (-)the beavh and pool facilities need to be improved

i first checked in they gave me a small room next to bar and i wasn't happy
