free parking is always greatly appreciated

the inter lock doors in room as heard kids allnight screaming

the main bar the wine by the glass was from a tap and not a bottle but charging as if from bottle prices

nice quiet bar area to return to after our excellent meal in damon's restaurant

the suite with spa bath, was so nice and relaxing, especially with the bottle of prosecco in the fridge and

someone else snoring, plates bashing about i think we were next to the washing up part of the kitchen, and lots of goings on outside drunk people

had a drink in the bar in the evening - very nice

we were seated at a table situated between the kitchen door and waiting staff's serving station, this was in spite of there only being three

the wifi was unreliable.

location of the hotel is super as it is a short walk to the cathedral and shops and there is parking at the back of the hotel

overlooked street customers from the bar talking outside loudly under window, if i'd been out drinking that would have been fine

everything was great, good parking, central location, clean and comfy room.

gym was well equipped- but take some water with you because there s no drinking fountain

bathroom needed updating, couldn t access wifi

bar open for drinks, coffees etc would definately recommend

the idea of a breakfast tray in the room is perfect, especially with an early start like we had

large comfy bed - small table and chairs for continental breakfast with small fridge

breakfast in the room was very convenient and offered lots of choice

ample parking adjacent to the room within the grounds

bar staff were efficient even though the bar/restaurant were pretty busy for an early weekday

small flies in the bar area were annoying, everything was dated and needed some tlc

had to leave the bar at 22

offsite parking too which was a bonus

modern clean easily accessible plenty of parking

staff in the bar next door were lovely and they were rushed off their feet with customers but the facilities in

poor wifi signal

breakfast and staff were absolutely great all over hotel from housekeeping to bar staff

also we had room service and the full english was

birthday balloons, keeping the secret when we checked in, providing us with our own space in the bar for breakfast, with copious amounts of tea - and everything done with a smile
