great warm indoor pool area

room service/maids woke up me and my family at 8 am by knocking multiple times asking for room

good amenities and services on site

the room wifi was terrible

parking was expensive , breakfast buffet had no vegetables.

i was graciously extended free parking and both early check in and late check out

i had the hot breakfast special which was french toast with bacon, although there were other options

our room was delightful and the box breakfast was overwhelming

enjoyed a spa treatment which was divine

guess they were taking advantage of the shortage of places to stay because of people moving their kids back to school

i booked a room on upper floor for my family with two little kids

the breakfast was excellent, and the location from the 401 was excellent as well.

we asked for early check in in advance and manager was able to accommodate request at no additional cost which

area out front with picnic tables, a place for a fire, and the fair lights were a hit with my kids

the beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have access to a kitchen

we couldn't figure out if there was breakfast included but the room itself was great

there is no breakfast but otherwise it was great

kitchen with stove and fridge and the bathroom is comfortable

suites was excellent value for a very large well appointed room with a fully functional kitchen, renovated bathroom and an exceptional view of lake ontario
