moxy was full of personality, check in at the bar and your first drink (including non-alcoholic ones) is on them

were given drink coins after we ordered and paid for a drink at the bar because our check in was slightly delayed

not for kids, but it’s a great stay for 21+

momma wasn’t sad about the moxy drink the bar whipped up for

the lobby was awesome and my kids loved learning to play pool & the fun drinks

the hotel was close to vanderbilt which is nice if you are visiting kids at school.

signage for the pool opening was inconsistent

we liked having a balcony so we could sit outside while the kids napped

christmas tree lighting was on friday night and because of this the bar and lounge areas were absoutely packed with a lot of people not actually staying in the hotel

location is excellent we were able to walk to downtown franklin enjoy dinner then jj's wine bar and then back to the

property was very clean, gym was nice and beds were comfy

are still working out the kinks with room service because it was very hard to get ahold of someone to get food

pool was nice for the kids too

had nice laundry room and ease of entering and exiting property off highway

i assume since we had 2 dogs ,we got put in a room that was regularly rented to pet families

in, complimentary laundry facilities, spacious room, comfy bed, pretty clean and the room had a kitchenette

to find, full kitchen with stovetop, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, microwave

i like to use a gym (cross training or running machine) but the small room being used as a gym didn’t have what i

pets, more like an apartment than a hotel with kitchen stove fridge full-size coffee pot toaster

gym is now open and we didn't have any issues accessing the property

the breakfast was very good. ample and good tasting. there was plenty to choose from.

a perfect bed and breakfast, without the bed and breakfast feel, it feels like home

great breakfast each day, plus an early evening charcuterie and wine hour

breakfast is great
