the house itself was cosy and pleasant and we had a view on both the beach as well as the pool

loxation, this is not a luxurious resort, its a clean room for the end of a hectic day, full kitchen items provided including glass champagne glasses and tools for cheese and crackers with

there is no pool but we knew that before we booked and it didn't bother us.

it was a huge plus to be able to rent a boat through the marina and to park it at our boat house

apartment has a nice open floor plan, but the toilet, shower, and sink are cramped and the kitchen is small, very basic, and awkwardly laid out

stayed longer would have liked the room with a kitchenette, instead of just the mini fridge

we arrived to find a second floor open-air-atrium with plants, a breakfast eating area, kitchen, two guest rooms off the atrium and a sliding doors to a balcony, spiral stairs to the roof

the kitchen at the place was great and there is a grocery store near

own private beach with kayaks, glass bottom boat, bicycles and community full kitchen as well as outside gas grill for all guests to use

gym is very small and not inspiring

stayed at the main location before, but loved the shuttle to the main facility

we also loved being able to contact the shuttle for rides to and from the resort and local restaurants

we thought we would love the all adult pool area, but found the family friendly was much more enjoyable with more upbeat music and views

pretty big, lots to do, many activities especially to keep the kids occupied

lots of activities for kids yet quiet and relaxing.

fee was high for what you got, but was hit with an extremely high pet fee, over $800 for the 5 days even though our pets were registered eso animals

they have a shuttle service to take you to places near the hotel that runs 24/7

laid out are excellent - bike riding, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, basketball, mini golf (i see what you did there, cheeca), volleyball, and bocce, all good choices

numerous activities on site ( mini golf, basketball, volleyball, bocce ball, others)

breakfast was a little sparse but i’ve had worse so can’t really complain as the property

wifi was very patchy so we never managed to get the tv working to entertain ourselves on the cold

parking is on site and a great breakfast buffet is offered

i loved our patio and outdoor shower and the lush garden walkway to the sandy island where the pool and bar were
