breakfast was top quality as was lunch

in the studio so in addition to the comfortable bedroom there was a bright living room/diner and kitchen area to enjoy too plus a good sized bathroom

the annexe is very comfortable and cosy, extremely well decorated and furnished and well equipped kitchen

the fan from the kitchen area below our room was noisy but quietened down around 10pm

room was above kitchen & quite noisy, doors being slammed late so

the room was full of drinks and biscuits and breakfast

the roaring fires in the bar and the drawing room were amazing at this time of

amazing food for breakfast and dinner in the bar and really professional attentive staff

the tasting menu was delicious art on a plate, the bar menu was filling and excellent value

buffet continental breakfast had the best selection of fresh fruits i have ever seen

later than i had planned and pre-advised, to which i said the main delay had been dropping the kids off with grandparents

the ev charging facility worked well and was a welcome bonus

of choice for a continental breakfast

having the spa and pool is a lovely option after a day exploring the lakes

we booked dinner in the junction bar but it was sooooooo noisy we couldn’t hear ourselves think

we arrived very late so unable to comment on the bar or food.

the staff were great, we had a lovely meal and also breakfast in the restaurant and the bar was nice too
