pool and hot tub were not working due to water main break

rooms are spotless, landscaping and pool are lovely.

we didn’t get to use the pool due to weather but pool looked great

also, although the property is beautiful, the pool area was yeah not well kept

pool and hot tub had too many bugs in it.

hot tub was dirty and not working one pool was clean and the other one was not

the pool could use more umbrellas.

they rented us our golf cart for the week and were incredibly helpful when it was stolen from the local hardware store

we rented a golf cart and traveled the island, it was awesome!

pool bar on site and right across the alley was a bigger pool bar where it seemed most of the locals

didn't really like not being able to take drinks from the bar back to our room

little loud in the morning with the staff get the golf carts ready for rentals

there was not a pool on site, in fact it was at another hotel that you have a pretty hefty walk to or a golf cart

not a great place for kids. no pool. too close to the nightlife.

balcony was a community balcony no lake view and no pool or hot tub

to check out an hour later (noon) because we had the golf cart rented until then

breakfast was very tasty

they serve a lovely breakfast and coffee

the innkeepers provide a made-to-order breakfast every day

the breakfast was delicious and the room was beautiful!

the kids loved the pools and it didn t shut down at 8 like some hotels do

up charge for a fridge and it should come with room. breakfast wasn t great

there are 3 pools one with a splash part with dump buckets for smaller kids

very family friendly as has 2 kids pools and more of a separate adult pool as well

respond to queries- trash was full and did not respond how/where to discard so it piled up in the kitchen 3

the large table in the kitchen area provided a great work space

the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for a weekend visit

walking around the neighborhood and down to the lake…great back yard also…the kids and i loved staying there over all…would definitely stay there again if

sign was both bright and hard to sleep…the lady across the street was cussing loudly at some kids saying some pretty harsh stuff and hateful…it only happened once

the price and still getting a really nice room with a pool and a clean room.

the parents or people left in charge are too busy drinking poolside to notice or care that their kids are running the hallways or sliding on the kids splash area

early check in. sat on sunny patio in the afternoon. room was clean

took our grand kids to cedar point and had a great time

many food options across the st was a nice dinner that had wonderful home cooked meals goofy golf and go carts was a blast as well i love sandusky will be back to stay here too

inn next door called us and told me they could move everything to there hotel, and even had the spa room for us we wanted
