the room was large and roomy 2 the full size refrigerator 3 able to sit at a kitchen table and the use of dishes and silverware 4 plenty of

spa was closed

our stupidity. saw the sign about spa when preparing to check out.

spa was not working and the front office was not a ton of help when i asked to help with the jets

spa was closed 2 out of my 4 days !

kitchen is not well equipped. no dishwasher. the couch was not very clean.

since there are no dishwashing machines in the units, the items in the kitchen are hand washed by prior guests and not by the housekeeping staff or an automated

the swimming pool was heated, which was very nice

for what we needed, two adults in a bedroom and then kids in bunk beds

reason we picked here was because they offered free breakfast, but because if covid-19 they didn’t have it

great location within walking distance to village, nice fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, cosy environment

the fireplace, plenty of free firewood! living/dining was big, kitchen was good

like every thing, the room are cozy, very clean, the breakfast is excelent, the staff is sympathic

besides, you can also take shuttle to the main lodge(another ski area)

bed was very comfortable and the laundry was handy after weeks of traveling

it’s the perfect location with young kids

partiers, revelers, yelling, fighting, coming from down below in the courtyard / and lakanuki bar area

the shuttle to the slopes was especially convenient since the stop was across the street

otherwise, we really enoyed the room, the room service and the hotel, in general

excellent location, free underground parking, well equipped room with kitchen.

when we called down to room service on several occasions they did not bring what we asked them to bring to the room

dark room by noisy pool - people in spa and pool till 10pm

the valet would greet us everyday with tips for activities such as fishing, hiking and golf

the fan motor was on it's last leg, thin walls, could hear the next room making noise, pool and spa were inoperable and lack of outside lighting in that area that leads to the dining/breakfast

we got this place because it said it had a spa, the spa didn't have water

the room was very cute and large, and the pet fee was reasonable.

breakfast was ok, spa was closed, facilities overall mediocre, but rooms are nice

very easy to pick up shuttle bus around town and yarts bus picks up here as well

laundry was also available which is great for families

things: lightbulbs not bright enough, kitchen linens old/worn, balcony chairs past expiration…rickety and wood frame was

i like that they offered a small gym area and laundry room if needed
