pool was being painted so not in use till last day

the staff was very nice and parking was a bonus

we had a beautiful, comfortable room, enjoyed the rooftop sitting area and appreciated the secure parking

yard is not landscaped, the pool is n’t open, the parking and driveway are not really functioning, the water was on and off

i liked having to pool to swim in the morning and loved having a hammock in my room

our suite was nicely decorated , offering majestic pool view and had everything we needed and more

such a nice place, beautiful gardens, nice pool and the new manager was great, very accommodating

there for 2-3 days and used it as a base to visit izamal and the beautiful cenote's so we had the pool and the whole place to ourselves and the staff made us feel so welcome during the quite times
