we re only here for one night visiting, pool looks good every room has balcony except the first floor parking

laundry facilities for guests and large size bed 24 hr coffee facilities and free access to

speedy wifi equipment in the fitness room needs to be fixed

much as i paid for the room wifi didn't work ,tvs didn't work and there wasn't any washcloths or extra towels

car parking right by room door (for downstairs rooms, of course)

pool is nice for both adults and kids

i was out of shape, but looked at your fitness center, fantastic, maybe offer a free intro to fitness by your

golf course looked good and the pool area was great

the golf is nice. breakfasts are good

however, this is a bit of a hassle having to either wait for a shuttle at certain times or drive your own car

the staff and cleanliness and the room service.

wonderful hot/cold breakfast, could sit comfortably outside beside water, very calming

loved the size of the room, hot breakfast buffet and having our own kitchen

group from miami (20 including kids) took the entire pool and bbq area for 10+ hours blasting loud cuban music

it really needs a table you can eat at since there is a full kitchen

the pool area was very nice and i liked the laundry facilities that were in the pool area

the gym was not available which was an additional surprise

booked a suite with a pull out bed for four people (two adults, two kids) and the room had no bedding for the

& cleaning clearly heard impeding my sleep; no visible signage providing hours for breakfast or gym

lobby was under construction and gym was closed

paid full retail for a suite and was never told that two restaurants and the spa would not re-open until september

the beach service wasn t great but the pool had a great vibe and service

gym had a waiting list for the peloton bikes each time i went to workout

the pool area and the lobby were wonderful.

grounds being mowed with noisy gas mowers while guests are trying to enjoy pool area

the staff was always friendly and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and the pool is great for kids and adults

only complaint of the resort is of other pool guests

the beach golf cart shuttle or walk though mangroves plus the pool is fun

beautiful view clean and complementary shuttle to beach

9) the wifi was so terrible that you could not get images loaded, which rendered it useless
