pool, water park, and lazy river

blessed golf and water park- christmas ambiance was a beautiful sight to see -

we were unable to book their beachfront property and stayed at their golf property which made it a little inconvenient to go to the beach

golf course looked good and the pool area was great

we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and they provided us with an early check in, bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room

the property from we entered the premises until we left, reception, resturant, housekeeping and pool area all staff were friendly and dedicated to

we used the swimming pool on the first day and it was refreshing on a hot day

tending bar, serving tables and running room service made service a bit slow when ordering food

amazing view of the river from our balcony, clean room, and room service was provided

what once was a beautiful beach frong with ample parking & facilities, had been decimated by hurricane ian some 2 years ago

the kitchenette included an almost full size fridge and was well equipped

wonderful hot/cold breakfast, could sit comfortably outside beside water, very calming

we loved the cooked breakfast and the locality of the hotel. beside the water and quiet.

the hotel is also close to a lot of restaraunts and the complimentary breakfast is amazing

the little shop for snacks and the bar as well as the water in the room was very reasonably priced

waffle and pancake makers are fun, esp for kids but very little savoury options was a downer for us

we also loved that we could use the bikes, use the pool towels towels for the beach and we were provided with nice beach chairs for the beach

restaurants throughout resort though they were quite pricey cold water available by beach and pool

grounds being mowed with noisy gas mowers while guests are trying to enjoy pool area

the beach service wasn’t great but the pool had a great vibe and service

paid full retail for a suite and was never told that two restaurants and the spa would not re-open until september

is no view of the beach from the hotel lobby, restaurants or pool

so it had 2 beautiful room with 2 complete bathrooms a huge living room and a full kitchen

pool could ave been bigger but pretty much loved everything about this place

the lazy river was good, when open, and the varanda bar & grill was good value, again, when open

there are so many pools you never feel crowded at all and it feels more like an intimate resort than a large college

we enjoyed the dining and drinks by the pool everything was outstanding

the pool area is something you would see at more expensive properties, it landscpaed nice and has a

excelent spa area.

the pool was shut for maintenance but they took us a short journey by golf buggy to another hotel which

did not really enjoy the salt water pool. the drinks from the bar were not that great.

room had a nice sized kitchen, plenty of storage areas, super clean, and love the location

they say pool, gym and bikes, but pool was small, couldn't find the gym and other places have these features and

- guest laundry services were awful

the breakfast croissant with granola fruit and yogurt is perfection

secure parking nearby and a delicious continental breakfast were included at no extra charge

the room was immaculate, the service beyond expectation, and the pool and dining area was a bit of heaven

pool was amazing. room was very comfortable. staff was incredible!

balcony grill gap is long that small kids can go through it and fall

the pool closes way too early

at the pool so we found something else to do the people were throw trash and food in the pool my kids went and cleaned it all up so they could go swimming 5mins after the lady from the front desk
